- Business Development Executive

Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients in target markets such as SMEs, startups, educational institutions, and e-commerce brands.
- Generate new business leads through outreach--email, calls, LinkedIn, networking, and relationship building.
- ?Conduct field visits to meet potential clients, pitch services, understand requirements, and close deals.
- Understand client requirements and pitch the right digital marketing solutions, including:
1. Social Media Marketing
2. Performance Marketing
3. SEO
4. Website Development
5. Brand Strategy
6. Content Marketing
- Create customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to closure.
- Maintain and track sales pipeline, conversions, and performance metrics.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and business targets.
- Build strong professional relationships and ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in digital marketing).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and current industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and present suitable solutions.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about growth.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
