Generating new business leads through research and outreach (cold calls, emails, social media).
Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals.
Work with the team to identify market trends and customer needs.
Maintain and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with prospect details.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve business development strategies.
Assist & work with manager in negotiating deals and closing sales with guidance.
Requirements:
Post Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about sales and business development.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic understanding of business development concepts is a plus (internships, online courses, etc.).
Knowledge of CRM software or sales tools is a bonus.
