We are looking for a motivated and target driven B2C Sales Executive to drive student enrollments for our online courses. You will be responsible for generating leads, understanding student needs, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential students via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Understand the learning requirements of prospective students and recommend suitable courses.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads and sales in CRM.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to optimize the sales process.
Requirements:
2-6 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in EdTech, online learning, or education.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Comfortable with target driven environments.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads efficiently.
Tech savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and online communication platforms.
