We are seeking a dynamic

Business Development Associate

who can help drive patient acquisition and brand growth through proactive communication and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calling to prospective leads generated via marketing/social media/website. Explain Pravaayu's treatment offerings & wellness packages to potential clients. Engage with enquiries, understand health concerns, and schedule consultations/clinic visits. Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion and maintain strong relationship-building. Maintain database of leads, enquiries, and conversions through CRM/Excel. Coordinate between patients & clinic teams to ensure smooth appointment flow. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships & referral channels. Work closely with marketing & operations to support campaigns and business growth. Achieve monthly business development & revenue targets. Support in offline/online events, collaborations, and brand initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (preferred). 0-3 years of experience in business development / telecalling / sales (healthcare preferred). Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi/Marathi. Confident in outbound calling and handling customer queries. Strong negotiation & follow-up skills. Ability to build trust & long-term relationships with patients. Target-driven mindset with strong work discipline. Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
