We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our growing team in the education sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting our services to schools, colleges, educational institutions, and individual learners. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals to help expand our market presence and impact in the education domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients in the education sector (schools, colleges, universities, educators, students, etc.)
Establish relationships and converse with owners, directors, principals, trustees, of educational institutions in India.
Conduct presentations and orientations to decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
6-12 months of sales experience, preferably in the education industry or edtech sector.
Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to present complex information in a clear and persuasive manner.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and explain digital tools.
