Dr. Pillai Global Academy, Gorai, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic 'Business Development Associate' to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the Institution, increasing admissions, and ensuring the institution remains a preferred choice for students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective on-field marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and attract potential students.

- Visit pre-schools and residential areas to build relationships with prospective students and parents.

- Organize and participate in educational fairs, workshops, and community outreach programs to promote the academy.

- Collaborate with the internal team to design promotional materials, such as brochures and banners.

- Monitor market trends, gather insights, and provide recommendations for improvement in marketing campaigns.

- Ensure a positive representation of the academy at all times and act as a liaison between the institution and the public.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in on-field marketing or similar roles (preferably in the education sector).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel as required.
