Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven

Business Development Executive (BDE)

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions. Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 0-3 years of experience in business development or sales (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
