, we are a fast-growing financial advisory and wealth management platform helping individuals and families build long-term wealth through mutual funds, SIPs, insurance, and more. We're looking for a dynamic Sales & Operations Executive who is passionate about financial products and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding:

Assist new clients in seamless onboarding on our investment platform.

Product Explanation:

Clearly communicate and explain financial products such as SIPs, mutual funds, SWPs, health insurance, and term insurance.

Cold Calling:

Reach out to potential leads to generate interest and qualify them for our services.

Lead Conversion:

Engage with warm and cold leads to drive conversions and close sales.

Client Handling:

Maintain professional and timely communication with clients to resolve queries and ensure satisfaction.

Lead Management:

Track and manage all leads (open, closed, follow-up) using Excel and/or CRM tools.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain proper records of daily tasks, leads, conversions, and operational support.

Computer Proficiency:

Use MS Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and internal tools efficiently.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both English and Hindi preferred) Basic understanding of financial products (Mutual Funds, Insurance, SIPs) Comfortable with outbound calling and client interaction Good knowledge of Excel and general computer applications Organized, proactive, and target-oriented mindset Experience in financial services/sales (preferred but not mandatory)
