Key Responsibilities
Engage with lead database provided by the marketing team.
Conduct discovery and consultative sales calls to understand client needs.
Book and manage appointments with decision-makers.
Close sales for our
education and marketing service offerings

Maintain and exceed sales KPIs (appointments booked, conversion ratios, monthly closures).
Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and clear communication.
Update CRM with accurate lead and deal data.
Share insights and collaborate with sales leadership to refine sales processes.
Qualifications
0-2 years of proven sales experience with consistent closing performance.
Strong background in consultative selling, preferably for
high-ticket services

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple conversations while keeping a structured follow-up process.
