About the Role


We are seeking a

Business Development Associate

to take ownership of the sales process from appointment setting to deal closure. Your role is to generate appointments from our leads and guide them through consultative conversations, demonstrate value, and close sales.

This is a performance-driven role, ideal for someone who thrives on targets and has the ability to convert interest into long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities



Engage with lead database provided by the marketing team. Conduct discovery and consultative sales calls to understand client needs. Book and manage appointments with decision-makers. Close sales for our

education and marketing service offerings

. Maintain and exceed sales KPIs (appointments booked, conversion ratios, monthly closures). Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and clear communication. Update CRM with accurate lead and deal data. Share insights and collaborate with sales leadership to refine sales processes.

Qualifications



0-2 years of proven sales experience with consistent closing performance. Strong background in consultative selling, preferably for

high-ticket services

. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple conversations while keeping a structured follow-up process. Hungry, coachable, and resilient -- thrives in a high-performance environment. Independent and accountable while being a collaborative team player. Long-term commitment to grow with the company.

Preferred:

Prior experience selling

education or marketing solutions

Proficient in both written and verbal communication, ensuring messages are understood and engaging.

Strong Relationship-Building Skills:

Expertise in cultivating and maintaining strong, productive relationships with clients. Ability to empathize with clients, understand their needs, and build trust.

Skilled at identifying challenges clients may face and proposing effective solutions. Ability to handle objections and mitigate issues with a positive, solution-focused approach.

Adaptability and Flexibility:

Ability to adapt strategies and approaches to meet the evolving needs of clients. Flexibility to manage multiple clients and projects in a dynamic environment, ensuring high-quality client service.
