Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated

fresh graduates

to join us as

Business Development Associates

. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in business development, sales, and client engagement with exposure to international markets. You will learn how to generate leads, interact with global clients, and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients in the construction industry. Generate leads through LinkedIn, emails, and other outreach methods. Reach out to prospects and introduce our services. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations. Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM tools. Collaborate with the operations team to align client requirements. Stay updated with market trends and opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree (any field - Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering preferred). Freshers are welcome; prior experience is

not required

. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written). Good interpersonal and presentation skills. Eagerness to learn sales and business development. Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, MS Office, or CRM tools is a plus.
