Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Conduct
daily visits to schools
and educational institutions to promote REPL World's products
Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and on-ground interactions.
Present and demonstrate educational robotics and coding solutions to school management and educators.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-up.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, campaigns, and client onboarding.
Conduct regular sales meetings and provide valuable insights to enhance sales strategies.
Monitor sales performance and market feedback, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Represent the company at education fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (preferably in EdTech or education sector).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Passion for education, technology, and working with schools.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate.
