Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential clients across industries needing custom web/mobile apps or IT support Use digital channels, networking, and referrals to build a strong pipeline

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

Conduct discovery meetings to understand client pain points and propose tailored solutions Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business

Solution Pitching & Proposal Development

Collaborate with technical teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations Highlight the value of bespoke development, scalability, and infrastructure reliability

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies Provide insights to refine service offerings and identify niche opportunities

Sales Target Achievement

Meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals through strategic outreach and deal closure Negotiate contracts and pricing aligned with company objectives

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with project managers, business analysts, developers, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction Provide feedback from the field to improve service delivery and client experience
