Role Overview:
The Business Development Associate plays a vital role in expanding the company's market presence by identifying new business opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is key to enhancing the reach and impact of our educational products and solutions in the region.
Areas of Responsibility:
? Identify and target educational institutions in the territory
? Generate and qualify leads through field visits, cold calls, and networking
? Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
? Conduct thorough market research to stay informed on regional trends and competitors
? Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in coaching centers
? Understand client requirements and present customized product solutions
? Act as a consultant to clients, offering insights and helping them make informed decisions
? Provide client feedback to internal teams to improve offerings and services
? Maintain accurate sales records, visit reports, and client communication logs
? Review sales performance and identify areas for improvement regularly
? Work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and customer service teams for seamless execution
? Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team through updates and best practices
? Deliver effective post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction
? Address and resolve client issues promptly and professionally
Qualification:
? Education: Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
? Experience: 2-4 years in business development, sales, or a related customer-facing role
? Industry Preference: Open to all industries, with an added advantage for candidates from Education, Publishing, or similar domains

? Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
? Ability to work independently with a proactive approach
? Prior experience in B2B sales or field sales is highly desirable
? Flexibility to travel within the region as per business requirements
