Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic MBA/PG graduate specialized in Marketing and Sales to join our team as a Sales Business Development Associate (BDA). The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and be comfortable with using computers and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Pitch products/services to prospective clients and close sales deals.

Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotional activities.

Prepare and deliver presentations and reports.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.

Candidate Requirements:

MBA/PG Degree in Marketing & Sales (Completed)

0 to 1 year of experience in sales/business development (Freshers welcome)

Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi

Computer literate; comfortable using MS Office, email, and basic CRM systems

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills

Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and a self-driven approach

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai
