Job Role:

We are looking for a proactive and motivated

Business Development Associate

to drive sales and build long-term relationships with architects, designers, and project developers across India. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, pitching OSA's offerings, and securing turnkey furniture projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential clients including architects, interior designers, and developers. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of B2B leads and project inquiries. Schedule meetings for the senior levels with architects, and builders. Pitch OSA Projects' turnkey furniture solutions and demonstrate product benefits. Build Marketing plan for OSA Projects, handle the social media accounts Follow up on client interactions, proposals, and negotiations until closure. Attend industry events and exhibitions to network and promote OSA Projects. Maintain client relationships and ensure post-sale satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience or interest in the architecture, interior design, or furniture industry is a plus. Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, six-day work environment. Based in or willing to commute to Versova, Mumbai.
