We are a growing FMCG company looking to hire a

Business Development Executive

for a

field-based sales role

in Siliguri. The role involves market expansion, distributor/retailer onboarding, and achieving sales targets through active fieldwork. Female candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new retailers, distributors, and channel partners. Develop and expand market presence across assigned territories in Siliguri. Generate new business and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Visit retail outlets daily and ensure proper product placement and visibility. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and consumer trends. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely deliveries. Submit daily/weekly field reports to management.

Candidate must be

based in Siliguri

Two-wheeler is mandatory

(as it's a field based role). Prior experience in FMCG / field sales is preferred. Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
