The Business Development Associate will play a key role in driving student enrollment by managing leads, maintaining our CRM system, and converting inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update the CRM with accurate and up-to-date lead information
Follow up on inquiries from prospective students and parents via calls, emails, or in-person meetings
Convert leads into admissions by clearly communicating the value and offerings of our programs
Collaborate with the academic and counseling teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process
Maintain regular reports and track progress on lead conversion and sales performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales processes
Previous experience in education sales or student counseling is a plus
