Key Responsibilities:
Handle overall dairy sales and market development in the Zone.
Maintain strong relationship with distributors and support them to increase sales.
Ensure proper market coverage and product availability across all retail outlets (GT/MT/HORECA).
Identify and appoint new distributors with DSM approval and support existing distributors.
Add new retail outlets and ensure regular supply of dairy products as per schedule.
Conduct daily market visits and share daily field reports with DSM.
Ensure visibility and branding of dairy products at all outlets.
Collect market feedback, competitor updates, and report to DSM daily.
Submit monthly sales forecast and SKU-wise sales data before 3rd of every month.
Ensure timely payment collection and maintain credit discipline in the Zone.
Coordinate with logistics for smooth and timely product supply.
