Execute data-driven market research to uncover new opportunities and maintain awareness of industry trends and competitor movements
Develop, refine, and execute bidding and proposal strategies tailored to client requirements and business objectives
Maintain consistent communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, identify upselling opportunities, and foster long-term partnerships
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics using CRM and business intelligence tools
Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and delivery teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals
Represent the organization at high-profile events, client meetings, and industry forums with professionalism and credibility
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in
B2B software or SaaS sales
, lead generation, or business development.
Strong understanding of the
sales qualification process
and CRM best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to ask insightful discovery questions and identify pain points.
