Job Role:
We are looking for a
Business Development Executive with 1-3 years of experience
in
logistics or freight forwarding
. The role involves acquiring new clients, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting our shipping services.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business for Air Freight, Sea Freight (Export/Import), and Land Transportation services.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare and submit commercial quotations, negotiate rates, and close deals.
Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth movement of shipments.
Maintain accurate sales reports, pipelines, and client interaction logs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets set by the management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build strong client relationships and handle client queries professionally.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
