Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost product visibility and sales. Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and PPC platforms. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences. Manage relationships with local and international distributors. Drive sales growth through targeted campaigns and promotional activities Create compelling content, including advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals. Track and analyze marketing performance to optimize campaigns. Out station Travel if required.

Qualifications:

Any Degree /Diploma in Marketing or related field. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in product sales or B2B sales. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques. Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills. Good Interpersonal skills with Colleagues and Customer Experience in Customer Handling Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to travel as required. Knowledge in Rubber industries is an added advantage.
