Business Development Associate

to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, understanding client requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential clients through various platforms and channels Engage with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and expectations Recommend suitable automation and digital solutions based on client requirements Coordinate with engineering, service, and finance teams for seamless project execution Follow up on proposals, project progress, and payments to ensure timely closure Maintain accurate documentation, update CRM systems, and prepare activity reports Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently Proactive, well-organized, and willing to travel as required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
