Generate new leads for ocean freight, air freight, and logistics services
Follow up on inquiries via calls, emails, and online platforms
Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and assist in closing deals
Maintain relationships with customers and overseas agents
Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Support achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
1-3 years of sales/business development experience in shipping or logistics (freshers welcome)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of freight forwarding, Incoterms, and shipping documentation
