About the Role:



Globalpluz is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Business Development Associate

to be based at our Thrissur office, responsible for driving

sales, marketing, and business development

across our key divisions --

Luxfloors (Premium SPC Flooring), Architects Workshop (Architecture & Interior Design), and Emcer Premium Tiles

.
This role focuses on

project-based sales

, working closely with

builders, developers, architects, interior designers, and project owners

across South India.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Business Development



Identify and develop new business opportunities for Luxfloors, Architects Workshop division, and Emcer Tiles through

leading residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects

. Build and maintain strong relationships with

builders, developers, architects, interior designers, consultants, and project owners

. Promote products and services through

project presentations, meetings, and site visits

. Generate leads, follow up, negotiate, and close project orders. Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, samples, technical support, and order execution.

Marketing & Brand Promotion



Support marketing initiatives, showroom activities, product launches, and exhibitions. Actively promote Globalpluz brand and its divisions in the South Indian market. Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, trends, and upcoming projects. Assist in planning region-wise sales strategies and monthly targets.

Project Coordination



Track ongoing projects from enquiry to order execution. Coordinate with factory, suppliers, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth delivery and billing. Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Planning



Prepare regular sales reports, project updates, and market feedback. Maintain CRM data, client databases, and project pipelines. Work closely with management to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Candidate Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).

2-5 years of experience

in business development / sales / marketing within

building materials, flooring, tiles, interiors, construction, or architecture-related industries

. Strong understanding of

project-based sales

and channel handling. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Long-term commitment with a growth-oriented mindset. Willingness to

travel across South India

as and when required. Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage. Valid driving license preferred.
