Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive B2C sales and customer acquisition. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable product/service solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
? Understand patients' profiles and address their queries to create awareness about Pristyn Care's offerings.
? Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets through effective counselling and follow-ups.
? Provide empathetic guidance to patients throughout their treatment journey.
? Coordinate with internal teams (operations, doctors, and support staff) to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Requirements:
? 6 months to 2 years of experience in B2C sales, telesales, or customer acquisition.
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,686.05 - ₹33,000.00 per month
