We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is focused on admission counseling and sales, where you will be responsible for contacting prospective students, guiding them about our courses, and ensuring successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential students who have shown interest in our courses.
Need to explain the details of our courses, including IELTS, OET, German, PTE, Digital Marketing, and more.
Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain a strong understanding of the academy's courses and offerings.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with prospective students.
Achieve and exceed admission targets to earn attractive incentives.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
Requirements:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset.
Ability to handle multiple follow-ups and close deals effectively.
Should have good command over English and Malayalam.
