Job Description

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing business opportunities across India for health insurance verification services. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and market expansion through direct meetings, presentations, and coordination with hospitals, insurance companies, and TPAs. The candidate should be proactive, confident, and open to frequent travel across different states.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Business Development & Client Acquisition:



Identify and approach potential clients including hospitals, insurance companies, and third-party administrators (TPAs). Present company services and capabilities effectively to decision-makers. Generate new leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into clients. Negotiate and close business deals in line with company objectives.

2. Relationship Management:



Maintain long-term professional relationships with existing clients and stakeholders. Ensure client satisfaction through regular visits and communication. Act as the first point of contact for client queries and issue resolution.

3. Market Expansion & Strategy:



Explore new markets and regions for business growth opportunities. Conduct field visits across India to understand market dynamics and client needs. Provide feedback to management on competitor activities, pricing trends, and market insights.

4. Coordination & Reporting:



Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, and customer support) for smooth onboarding and service delivery. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on client visits, leads generated, and closures achieved. Support management in planning business expansion strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare, TPA, or insurance verification domain. Willingness to travel extensively across India. Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:



Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Good understanding of health insurance processes and hospital/TPA ecosystem. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent networking and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
