Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels.
Meet with customers to understand their requirements, pain points, and challenges.
Propose automation or digital solutions aligned with customer needs and company capabilities.
Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, service, and finance for project execution and client support.
Follow up on quotations, project status, and payments to ensure timely closure.
Maintain accurate documentation, CRM entries, and submit timely sales and activity reports.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of industrial automation / technical products (preferred).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Results-driven, proactive, and willing to travel as needed.
