Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and promoting our demat account and trading services. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals looking to grow in the financial market industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Find and reach out to potential clients (individuals or companies) interested in stock trading and demat accounts. Follow up with prospects through calls, meetings, or online chats to convert them into clients. Assist clients in opening and managing their demat and trading accounts. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Stay updated on stock market trends, investment products, and company services. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and client acquisition targets. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or related field Experience: 6 months to 1 year preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to convince and negotiate Basic knowledge of stock market and trading Comfortable using computers and online tools
