The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves strategic planning, lead generation, client meetings, and contributing to the company's overall growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Pitch company products/services to prospective clients and close sales.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and meetings.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and management) to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain an accurate record of all sales, proposals, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Participate in marketing activities such as seminars, trade shows, and networking events.
Provide feedback and insights to improve products and marketing strategies.
