Key Responsibilities:
Dealer Network Expansion:
Identify, onboard, and manage medical equipment dealers across all districts in Kerala.
Healthcare Engagement:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, physiotherapists, rehabilitation specialists, and key opinion leaders to drive product recommendations.
Clinic & Hospital Visits:
Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centres, and care homes to present products, provide demos, and gather feedback.
Market Development:
Identify new market segments, opportunities, and partnerships to enhance product reach and sales.
Sales Achievement:
Work towards achieving sales targets by driving product adoption and closing deals.
Customer Support:
Coordinate with the service and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.
Brand Representation:
Represent the company at medical conferences, workshops, and other promotional events.
Reporting & Analysis:
Maintain regular reports on visits, customer interactions, market insights, and competitor activities.
