We are seeking a

dynamic Business Development Associate (Male)

who will be responsible for

field marketing, outreach, and student engagement

. The candidate must be

willing to travel extensively

, meet prospective students and parents, and represent Aerowis Aviation in seminars, events, and institutional visits.

Key Responsibilities

Visit schools, colleges, and institutions for promotions and awareness campaigns. Meet prospective students and parents to explain training programs. Organize and participate in educational seminars, workshops, and events. Generate leads, follow up, and achieve monthly enrollment targets. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions. Report market trends, competitor activities, and field feedback to management.

Requirements

Male candidates only

. Bachelor's degree (any field). 1-3 years of experience in sales, field work, or educational marketing preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel frequently

within Kerala and neighboring states. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
