Cyber Bee Academy is dedicated to building the next generation of cybersecurity professionals through training, mentorship, and hands-on learning. We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing team and help expand our outreach, enrollments, and partnerships.
Role Overview
The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, engaging with potential students and partners, and driving sales for our academy's programs. This role begins with a
2-week training program
to equip you with the necessary product and sales knowledge. Successful completion of training and proven performance may lead to a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and convert them into enrollments for Cyber Bee Academy programs.
Build and maintain strong client/student relationships.
Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and networking platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide feedback to improve sales strategies and training modules.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Passion for sales, business development, and the ed-tech industry.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
Basic knowledge/interest in cybersecurity and technology is an advantage.
Compensation & Growth
Training Period:
2 weeks (training & evaluation phase).
Permanent Role:
Starting salary of
?13,000/month
upon confirmation.
