Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business performance reports.
Attend meetings, presentations, and client visits to represent the company professionally.
Achieve and exceed business targets and contribute to company growth.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to enhance team performance.
Participate in strategic planning for business expansion and service improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and recruitment regulations.
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, leadership, and managerial abilities.
Experience in business development, sales, or manpower recruitment (1 - 3 years).
Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Familiarity with client relationship management and reporting tools is a plus.
