Getellaam Digital Marketing is looking for a confident, dynamic, and target-driven
Business Development Associate (BDA)
to join our team in
Vytilla, Kochi
. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of
1 year of experience
in business development, preferably in the
EdTech industry
,
B2B sales
, or
digital marketing services
. We also welcome confident individuals with BDA experience from other industries who are eager to grow and excel in a client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and other channels
Pitch digital marketing services to clients and close deals
Manage the full sales cycle - from initial contact to closing and post-sales support
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
Keep track of market trends, competitors, and customer needs
Maintain sales reports, CRM data, and client records accurately
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience
in Business Development or Sales
Preferred experience in the EdTech industry, B2B sales
, or as a
BDA in a digital marketing company
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality
Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus (SEO, PPC, SMM, etc.)
Proficient in using MS Office, email tools, and CRM software
