We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and public speaking skills, with a passion for education. As a BDA, you will be responsible for visiting colleges, conducting orientations about our educational courses, and engaging students to generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to colleges and institutions to promote and present our education programs. Deliver engaging and informative orientations to students about the courses offered. Build and maintain relationships with students and faculty to generate leads and increase course enrollment. Follow up on leads and gather feedback to improve outreach efforts. Provide accurate and timely reporting on activities and outcomes.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and public speaking abilities. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with a diverse audience. Self-driven and proactive in generating leads. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
