The Telesales Representative will be responsible for generating sales and promoting products/services over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling
: Initiate calls to potential customers to promote products/services and generate sales.
Customer Engagement
: Understand customer needs, answer queries, and provide information to facilitate purchasing decisions.
Sales Closing
: Persuade customers to make purchases, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
Lead Generation
: Identify and qualify leads through research and cold calling.
CRM Management
: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM software.
Performance Tracking
: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Qualifications
:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
