Goodies.so is an exciting new venture revolutionizing how teams celebrate, reward, and connect through custom gift packs. We work with companies to create thoughtfully curated, personalized gift experiences that strengthen team culture and make every occasion memorable.

The Role

We're looking for 2 ambitious and energetic Business Development Managers to join our founding team. As one of our first hires, you'll play a crucial role in establishing goodies.so in the market, building our client base from the ground up, and shaping how we work with teams across different industries.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a startup environment, loves building relationships, and wants to be part of something from day one.

What You'll Do

Identify and prospect

potential clients including startups, scale-ups, HR teams, and corporate clients who value team culture and employee engagement

Build and manage

a robust sales pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships

Conduct discovery calls and presentations

to understand client needs and showcase how goodies.so can create meaningful gift experiences for their teams

Close deals

and negotiate contracts that work for both the client and goodies.so

Develop strategic partnerships

with HR platforms, event planners, corporate gifting coordinators, and other relevant stakeholders

Collaborate closely

with our operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional client experiences

Gather market feedback

to help shape our product offerings, pricing strategy, and go-to-market approach

Represent goodies.so

at networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings

Track and report

on sales metrics, pipeline health, and market insights
What We're Looking For

Essential:



1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (experience in gifting, events, HR tech, or corporate services is a plus) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and take initiative Comfortable with ambiguity and excited about the challenges of an early-stage startup Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software

Bonus Points For:



Experience selling to HR, People Ops, or marketing teams Existing network in the startup/corporate ecosystem Understanding of corporate gifting, employee engagement, or team building industries Experience in an early-stage startup environment Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
