Key Responsibilities:
Promote & Sell Resorts:
Actively promote and sell our resorts to potential clients across various channels.
Present the features, benefits, and unique offerings of our properties to drive bookings.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other key stakeholders in the tourism industry.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for inquiries and assist in facilitating seamless bookings.
Centralized Reservation Management:
Coordinate reservations, handle inquiries, process bookings, and manage guest relations efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of all reservation details and booking status.
Market Trend Analysis:
Analyze current market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve resort occupancy and revenue.
Sales Targets & Follow-ups:
Meet and exceed sales targets by ensuring timely and professional communication with clients.
Follow up with potential and existing clients to close bookings and secure new leads.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, reservations, or marketing in the hospitality or travel industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of the travel & tourism market is a plus.
Proficiency in reservation software and basic computer applications.
A personal laptop is required for work.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Fluent in English (proficiency in additional languages is a bonus).
