Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Business Development Associate (BDA)
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, and meetings
Generate and follow up on leads
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
0-3 years of experience in business development / sales (IT services preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Ability to work from office in Koramangala, Bangalore
