We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Associate with 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development. The ideal candidate will support revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and assisting the sales team in closing deals. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and business opportunities
Generate leads through calls, emails, online research, and other outreach methods
Qualify leads based on business needs and readiness
Maintain and update accurate lead and client information in CRM systems
Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects regularly
Support the sales team in proposal preparation, presentations, and documentation
Track sales activities and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Coordinate with marketing teams to support campaigns and outreach initiatives
Assist in maintaining long-term client relationships
Analyze lead conversion and provide basic insights to improve sales performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle
Experience using CRM tools or sales tracking systems
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B sales or service-based industries
Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, email outreach, or LinkedIn prospecting
Experience coordinating with sales and marketing teams
