Vijesha IT Services LLP is a growing EdTech and IT services organization specializing in training, staffing, and technology solutions. We are expanding our sales operations and are hiring motivated individuals to join our Business Development team.
Job Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings & networking
Understand client requirements and explain appropriate IT/EdTech services
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and service delivery
Meet monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
Maintain sales documentation and update CRM records regularly
Required Skills
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
Good negotiation and client-handling skills
Basic understanding of IT/EdTech industry (preferred, not mandatory)* Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Self-driven and professional approach towards work
Qualifications
Education: Any Bachelor's degree
Experience: Freshers to 2 year experience (Sales/Business Development preferred)
