Role Description - Business Development Associate (BDA)



This is a

full-time on-site role

Business Development Associate

at OdNest Edutech Pvt. Ltd. in

Bengaluru

The BDA will be responsible for supporting enrollment growth, generating quality leads, connecting with students, and helping expand OdNest's presence across colleges and markets.

Key responsibilities include:

Generating and managing leads through online/offline channels Conducting market research to identify potential students and partnership opportunities Making outbound calls, explaining OdNest programs, and scheduling consultations Delivering informative presentations to students or groups when required Following up with interested leads and maintaining strong client/studentrelationships Updating lead information regularly in the CRM Working closely with the business and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets Meeting student enrollment and conversion goals

Qualifications



Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to generate leads and perform structured follow-ups Basic presentation and negotiation skills Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Prior experience in sales or EdTech is an added advantage

Role Description



This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, communicating effectively with potential clients, and delivering presentations. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth and success.
