Business Development Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales ability, and the confidence to engage with customers and close deals
Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities through calls, emails, and field visits.
Pitch company services and solutions to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Attend meetings, presentations, or client visits as required.
Requirements
Minimum 0-2 years of experience in sales or business development (freshers can also apply).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
