We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our sales team.

The ideal candidate will engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and provide

suitable solutions while contributing to overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend to walk-in and inbound client inquiries, explain product and service features, and drive
conversions.

Engage with potential leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Support client onboarding and ensure a smooth sales transition. Guide customers through product usage, purchase workflows, and account setup. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Proactively handle customer queries, follow up on leads, and ensure regular engagement. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Key Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities. Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Candidate Expectations:

Proactive, approachable, and target-driven mindset. Comfortable working with CRM tools, SaaS platforms, or digital sales environments. Educational Qualification (Preferred): Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related
field
