Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve admission and revenue targets
Identify new business opportunities, tie-ups with schools, colleges, and partner institutions
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, student outreach programs, and promotional events
Client & Student Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners
Conduct counseling sessions, seminars, and presentations to promote academy offerings
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Team Management
Lead, train, and supervise the Business Development team
Set performance goals and ensure team productivity
Monitor day-to-day operations and streamline processes
Operational Responsibilities
Plan and manage admissions cycles, scholarship tests, and events
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth workflow
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports
Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials and communication
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree;
MBA in Marketing/Business Management preferred
Proven 2-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (Education sector preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Strong networking ability and market understanding
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle pressure, lead teams, and achieve consistent results
