We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the front-line of our company, responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. A key requirement for this position is proficiency in Hindi, as you will be engaging with a significant client base and market segment where Hindi is the primary language of business.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Identify and research potential clients in target markets through various channels (online research, social media, directories, etc.).

Outreach & Communication:

Initiate contact with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and social media (especially LinkedIn). Conduct effective cold and warm calls to generate interest.

Client Needs Analysis:

Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges and requirements.

Product/Service Presentation:

Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services through compelling presentations and demonstrations.

Pipeline Management:

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely updates on all lead interactions.

Negotiation & Closing:

Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.

Market Feedback:

Act as a liaison between the market and the company, providing feedback on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
