B. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

Conduct detailed product/service presentations to clients, effectively conveying value propositions and competitive advantages.
Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships that support continuous pipeline development.
C. Sales Conversion & Revenue Contribution
Develop tailored proposals, quotations, and business pitches in alignment with client needs and organizational offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams--operations, marketing, technical, and leadership--to create customized solutions when required.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through disciplined follow-ups, negotiation strategies, and timely closures.
Oversee smooth handover of converted clients to the account management or operations team.
D. Market Intelligence & Strategic Inputs
Conduct market research to evaluate industry trends, competitor strategies, pricing movements, and emerging business opportunities.
Provide management with data-driven insights and suggestions that support decision-making and refinement of sales strategies.
Participate in business development planning sessions and contribute to developing new go-to-market initiatives.
E. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and maintain comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
Track lead-to-conversion metrics, forecast revenues, and highlight potential risks or opportunities.
Ensure strict adherence to internal documentation, compliance procedures, and organizational guidelines.
