We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development professional to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in high-value sales, and the ability to represent the brand with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Market Research
Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, digital outreach, and referrals.
Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Meet clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNIs, NRIs, corporate clients, investors, and brokers.
Conduct site visits, walkthroughs, and property presentations (real estate relevant).
3. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and present business proposals, pricing, and negotiation strategies.
Work closely with marketing to execute promotional campaigns.
4. Coordination & Documentation
Coordinate with internal teams--marketing, technical, operations, and finance.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
5. Event & Networking Participation
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and B2B networking meets.
Conduct channel partner meetings and build strong broker relationships (real estate).
Assist during project launches, investor meets, and corporate presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
2-10 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong relationship-building and client-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software.
Comfortable traveling for client meetings & site visits.
Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous)
Experience in luxury sales / high-value selling.
Understanding of real estate or interior execution.
Existing network of brokers, HNIs, and corporate clients.
Ability to work under pressure with deadlines.

Pay: ₹13,054.87 - ₹44,334.46 per month
