We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Expert with a strong background in real estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and finalizing new showroom agreements, managing vendor proposals, and coordinating with interior designers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and finalize
new showroom locations
and property agreements.
Negotiate and manage
lease/rental agreements
with property owners and real estate agents.
Source and review
vendor proposals
for interiors, fit-outs, and related requirements.
Collaborate closely with
interior designers
and contractors to ensure project timelines and design standards are met.
Conduct
market research
to identify potential business opportunities and competitive trends.
Maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, landlords, and vendors.
Prepare and present
business proposals
, cost analyses, and feasibility reports to management.
Ensure timely coordination between internal departments such as Finance, Admin, and Operations for project completion.
Track and monitor project progress from agreement to showroom handover.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of real estate agreements and property documentation.
Ability to manage multiple vendors and stakeholders effectively.
